Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log a session?

From the Home screen, tap the large + SESSION button at the bottom. Each tap logs one session for the current day. You can also undo your last session by tapping "Undo last session" below the button.

How do I set my daily session limit?

Go to the Settings screen (top-right icon on the Home screen) and update your daily limit. This is the number of sessions you're aiming to stay under each day.

How are my savings calculated?

During onboarding, you entered how much you spend on cannabis per week. ClearDaze uses your reduction percentage to estimate how much you've saved compared to your original spending rate.

How do streaks work?

Your streak increases by 1 each day you stay at or under your daily session limit. If you go over your limit, your streak resets. Try to log your sessions every day to keep it accurate.

How do I join a challenge?

Tap the Challenges tab on the bottom navigation bar. Browse available challenges and tap one to join. Check in each day to mark whether you stayed on track.

How do I earn badges?

Badges are unlocked automatically as you hit milestones โ€” like logging your first session, reaching a 3-day streak, saving $50, or completing a challenge. Check the Rewards tab to see your progress.

My data isn't syncing across devices. What should I do?

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices. Go to Profile โ†’ sign out, then sign back in. If the issue persists, contact us at the email below.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings โ†’ Apple ID โ†’ Subscriptions and cancel ClearDaze Premium from there.
